Born Natalie Marie Decker June 25, 1997 in Eagle River Wisconsin. Natalie Decker is a professional racecar driver who competes part time in the NASCAR Xfinity series, driving the number 23 Chevrolet Camaro for Our Motorsports.
It all began when Decker begged her father for a go kart and received one for her ninth birthday. She went on to win four karting championships in two years. She began racing a four-cylinder modified stock cars as a 12 year old and in 2011 she moved up to the superstock class and won the 2012 class championship. Decker begin racing in the ARCA Midwest Tour and was the first female to podium and was awarded 2013 rookie of the year. She was added to the Rev Racing team in 2015 as she was named to the NASCAR Drive for Diversity program. At age 18 Decker partnered with N29 Capital Partners, LLC who brought her up the ranks of ARCA series for two years where her first attempt at Daytona International Speedway she took the coveted pole position. In 2019 and 2020 Decker ran partial NASCAR trucks reschedule and made her mark in history what is the highest female finish.
Along with part time NASCAR Xfinity series she also has five races this season in the Trans Am series SGT class with Ave Motorsports. Among many organizations and fundraisers she participates in she is currently the National spokes person for the Arthritis Foundation. She absolutely adores her fans and gives back whenever she can . When asked about what is important to her in this journey Decker replied “Follow your dreams, it’s never too late! It’s so important to surround yourself with a support system whether it’s parents, friends, a cousin, etc. it’s important to have them when your days are tough. Remember to treat everyone with kindness because you never know what someone is going through. Keep your eyes and heart open to those in need. And live your life to inspire others”
