Melinda Santiago is a true definition of “serial entrepreneur”.  She is a Recording Academy member , an Author and Film producer.  In the entertainment industry she is well known and well respected. For over 25 years, Melinda has consulted, managed and branded several celebrity clients to new successes. Integrity and respect are her driving forces in this once male dominated industry. She is the CEO of The Santiago Firm LLC, an entertainment firm and also an umbrella for Santiago Productions LLC, a Film and Television Production company where she is the President and Executive Producer. The newest division created under the Santiago Firm umbrella is SFirm Publishing, a book publishing company which allows her colleagues and clients to obtain other streamlines of income thru books called #SFirmCelebritySeries. 

Melinda has always been a creative storyteller with impacting imagination. Leon Cosby III, her business partner and mentor pushed her on "ownership" and saw what Melinda was capable of accomplishing. This push ultimately resulted in her publishing her first Fiction Novel titled "Til Death Do Us Un-Part" 

 

"Writing has always been a strong skill of mine and some could say a passion" She continues, "But I never thought I had the time to actually sit down and not only write , but publish my first novel” . 

Being a single mother of 4, Melinda has tirelessly dedicated her time to her family, friends, clients and strangers while running her businesses to help others achieve their success. She is stern on INTEGRITY and follows her motto “GOD BLESSES GOOD BUSINESS” 

Working alongside promoters and artists, she has been able to help curate some major and historical tours which will be remembered for years to come. Such as Bad Boy Reunion Tour (112) , Legends of Hip Hop Tour (Scarface) , Millenium Tour 2019 (BobbyV ) and Bobby Vs R&B Addiction Tour, She is also a co- executive producer on 112’s last album called “Q,Mike,Slim,Daron” before the group decided to part ways.
