The Journey of


Rikki McKinney or better known as " Mr.Personality" was born in St. Petersburg Florida. At the tender age of 13, on the day of his very first performance with United.States.of America: Ambassador of the Arts-Chuck Davis’s African American Dance Ensemble & the day of his father’s death, he made a vow to be one of the most unique African American Male Dancers in the USA.


So he decided to use the Arts and Entertainment as an outlet to express himself and to transform his fantasy of performing all over the world into a reality, in which he studied at some of the most Prestigious training dance schools such as School of American Ballet, The Rock School, Joffery Ballet, The Alvin Ailey School, Debbie Allen School of Dance, Dance Theater of Harlem, Bolshoi Ballet in Russia, Broadway Dance Center, Jacobs Pillow and University of The Arts (B.F.A in Ballet Education). Some of Rikki’s Broadway/Off-Broadway and Stage credits include: Twist: An American Musical, The Wiz (The Scarecrow), Swan Lake, Carmina Burena, Pirates of the Phantom Waves, Cirque Du Soleil’s World of Coca Cola Grand opening(choreographed/danced), Ringling Brothers Circus, Disney Cruise Lines, and staging/choreographing halftime shows for NFL/NBA, such as the Atlanta Falcons, Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Heat, Dallas Cowboys. Rikki has Choreographed, Creative Directed, Artist Development and danced, for recording artists such as Paris Hilton, Janelle Monae, Black Eye Peas, Lady Gaga,Cherise, Destiny’s Child, All-American Rejects, Big Sean, Trey Songz, Citizen Gold and many more.


He has recently been seen in TV show " Star" The Movies Cell and The Vault, not to mention he has choreographed AND PERSONAL DANCE TRAINER TO LEAD ACTOR PETRICE JONES on the new hit show STEP UP-HIGHWATER by YouTube Red and Lions Gate Films..... Rikki was awarded: EMMY AWARD, Destined to Dance Best Male Dancer in Atlanta,Celebration of DANCE: Best Male Concert Dancer of the Year(2017), HUGH O BRAIN INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD. Rikki McKinney also creative directs, teaches masterclasses, judges, scouts competitions, and mentors/educates & provides Job Opportunities to the Atlanta DANCE Community to young, amateur, & Professional dancers throughout the USA and abroad.
